Cobra's Curse front seat on-ride 4K POV Busch Gardens Tampa

This Mack Rides custom spinning coaster opened in 2016 and features many unique elements including an elevator lift, outward banking turn, backward facing lift accent as well as a custom soundtrack and audio that says "Turn, turn, and face your fear" and "There is no escape, from the Cobra's Curse".
This Busch Gardens park is located in Tampa, Florida.

It's not the most thrilling ride at Busch Gardens, but the theming is great, and the spinning aspect and elevator lift are really cool. For a family-oriented ride, it's actually very exciting.

The originality is stunning. Forward section, backwards section, and spinning. It’s become a classic ride at Busch gardens.

This was by far one of my favorite rides, it’s gentle, you don’t panic or get scared going on it, but it’s fun and thrilling at the same time, it’s great for a first “big ride” for kids, it’s a good ride. And, it’s even better at night

Based on the dialog on the initial at the start of the ride, "I am the serpent, I am the darkness", and how the tunnel leading up to the elevator has writing that mentions a "snake king", I'd say that it's safe to assume that the aforementioned Cobra is none other than Apophis, Egyptian god of darkness and snakes, himself.

I’m not even a roller coaster person and I really did love this ride. It’s very good for people who don’t like the more faster thrilling roller coaster rides. It’s not even scary it’s really fun you should get on it if you’re thinking about it.👍

This is my favorite roller coaster! The line is cool, the elevator at the beginning, the giant snake speaking, the huge drop, going backwards, then spinning freely, it's just an amazing ride!

I love huge thrills and scary rides but I really enjoyed this ride! It’s cool that there’s variety in going forwards backwards and spinning. Super creative style
