if the cursor is not moving in nvidia overlay do this:

Launch Apex and set display mode to 'Borderless Window' in video settings.

Alt + Tab to a different window like chrome.

Alt + Z while in chrome and add your filter settings.

Alt + Tab back to Apex and your filters should be applied.

Make sure to set Apex display mode back to 'Full Screen'.

The filter settings should save the next time you launch the game.
