I theorize that Fluttershy never coughed, and that it was Rarity. Rarity asked if they could forget about it and looked the most scared. Fluttershy was right next to her and would probably have been able to tell it was her. I think Fluttershy, hoping Rarity wasn't really infected, lied and sacrificed herself since it was clear someone was going to die for it.

Fluttershy has such a big heart, I can easily see her lying to protect a friend.

For people who don't know, the reason why Rainbow Dash got so mad and started saying "Where are they when you need them the most", she's referring to Celestia and Luna for not helping in THAT whole situation

3) saw a short about a girl covered in blood doing cannibalism
4) watched this video

Result: Nightmares, cant sleep, anxiousness, eyes wide open
