I play Goat in DB and im trying to build an irl right now, im missing half the deck and especially some extra deck cards like ryu senshi and fiend skull dragon. Really cool video, i would definitely like to see more of these max rarity deck videos as well as the classic old school opening videos you are making. Amazing content!

I used to play goat format, with my gearfried deck (gearfried the swordmaster + don Zaloog + freed ecc)

I liked the Goat format and my personal favorite growing up playing. I am doing an old school Magician deck with newer cards. I usually only use unlimited editions cards. First edition cards I keep in my collection.

I think some combos work but sometimes it is hard to keep the deck consistent and the game is playing at a faster pace.

Archetypes and link monsters changed the game when it comes to deck building because it focuses on a specific cards for the deck.

My signature card is Trap Jammer. I always put two Trap Jammer and one Seven Tools of the Bandit. Imperial Order was to lockdown opponent's Magic cards. Then I tried to use Jowgen the Spiritualist for special summoned monsters. Mirror Force to protect my monsters.

Now I use one Trap Jammer and one Destruction Jammer.

I liked Messenger of Peace. Then increase my monsters with direct attack effect and go straight for the life points if Imperial Order is not on the field.

My method for deck building is to focus on combos. I do look forward to playing archetypes. I have not decides which deck to play.

I just put together a chaos goat deck with all my sangans and chaos sorcs. I love the Mentality you can find going into Goat duels. I love the Long drawn out thought of a 1 for 1 instead of thinking ONLY about combos like i do with Modern.

i actually started to build a zombie control list for GOAT, would prefer to invest money into cards that wont get banned before any events start lol, its nice bcz u can invest literally 30 quid or 30000 quid and be able to play at a competitive level

I've been loving playing goats with my friends over lock down, and while it's not max rarity in the slightest I adore my clown control deck.

To me, every cards first appearance is the one which i would play. Those UR Chaos Sorcerers for example look nice but imo nothing beats the nostalgia of a Common one from IOC. So yea, i would definetly would pick the MFC Breaker over the TP one. I remember when i bought my first Breaker back in the days for my deck at 30bucks. Card was expensive but sooo good :D Miss the old yugioh.

I used the LCYW Graceful Charity for a bit, but then I realized it looks awful with all those old school cards because it has the lighter, larger text box. So a good alternative that is both rare and old school is the DLG1 super. It looks good and it’s more rare than SDP but still holo unlike RP01

I have been on and off with goat format for the past few years. But with a few goat staples being printed as secrets in the new Speed Duel box, I'm going to get back into it and make a couple decks that are at least all foiled out.
