As a person with trypophobia, respect to Albert for not showing the image of holes on his monitor.
For all you guys who wonder why holes are scary: It's many of them packed up together. I don't recommend searching trypophobia up online, but if you're that curious go ahead. This phobia is a actually very common.

Agoraphobia is something I have and it isn't just anxiety here's an example of what it is: extreme or irrational fear of entering open or crowded places, of leaving one's own home, or of being in places from which escape is difficult.

I've seen a lot of people talk about the other phobias, but as someone who deals with Agoraphobia I feel like I can explain it.

It's a phobia that's triggered by situations or places that will cause severe anxiety, embarrassment, and helplessness.
It's often triggered by places where you've had a panic attack, or many panic attacks.
Though it can get worse to the point that you will refuse to go outside because the very thought can have you completely panicked.
!!IT IS NOT JUST SOCIAL ANXIETY!!
I've heard people say that and it cannot be further from the truth.

In my personal experiences, it has caused me to almost completely shut myself down and just curl up into a ball on the floor, I've almost passed out from having panic attacks triggered by it, and has caused me to refuse to go to places that have severely triggered this before.
I'm triggered by large open spaces and crowds but I'm usually okay with someone I trust.

(I don't wanna hear shit about this, so don't reply saying anything about this and about how I shouldn't of done this)
It was first caused by my school, due to bullying and not receiving the right type of education due to several things linked to my ADHD, Anxiety, ect.
And it's gotten to the point I can't even be near a school before I'm hyper ventilating, causing me to drop out completely.
It's better for my mental health in the long run, and I would rather worry about myself than future debt from mental health hospitals.

I would recommend speaking to a therapist if you have really bad social anxiety as Agoraphobia can evolve from it (my own therapist, a mental health professional, told me. I'm not just saying this.

I would definitely recommend doing your own research if you wanna learn more about it.

I have scopophobia, mainly because school. I’m always being stared at. I feel like I’m being forced into the spotlight and there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s out of school too, and it’s all because of my hair. Since it’s so long, they compliment me. I don’t mind compliments but they always give direct eye contact with me and it honestly makes me tremble. But I can’t be rude. I just can’t. I’ll never bring myself to do it, yet I want to.
