Miyamoto And Aonuma On Training Nintendo's Next Generation Of Developers

In this interview with Game Informer, The Legend of Zelda's creator Shigeru Miyamoto and series producer Eiji Aonuma talk about what it's like for the legendary developers within Nintendo to work with the younger generations and what they've learned from each other. What lesson does Miyamoto want to impart before his eventual retirement?
