Sigma’s Succession Planning Launch Series consists of two half-day succession planning sessions that will help your company build a detailed succession plan, including documenting your current succession planning process or lack thereof.
In the first session our succession planning consultants work with your team to identify critical positions, develop draft success profiles for each leading role, and build sample succession benches for each leadership team.

In the second session of the succession planning launch series, your organization will be presented with detailed draft succession plan for each key member of your leadership team. At this stage we build accountability into the succession planning process by assigning deliverables and milestones to every leader in the room
