Herbalife Protein Muffin Recipe. Lose weight with a healthy and delicious muffin recipe. Its high protein and low calories. Weight loss can not be easier with the Herbalife products. You can make so many delicious high protein breakfast recipes or healthy snacks with these products.
Ingredients:
2 scoops Formula 1 (banana caramel)
2 scoops Herbalife PDM (vanilla)
1 banana (ripe)
1/3 cup egg whites
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and greasing a regular 6 muffin tin with coconut oil.
2. Next, in a large mixing bowl mash banana until smooth using a fork
3. Once the banana is fully mashed, add the liquid ingredients first (Milk, egg whites)
4. Then add the solid ingredients (oats, formula 1 and protein)
5. Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl until smooth
6. Add blueberries to your mix
7. Pour the mix into muffin tin
8. Place into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
