I don't know what you all heard, but I didn't hear the interviewee say that support is flowing into Mariupol. He claims it's flowing into Ukraine, and they're looking into ways of getting it into Mariupol. Not quite in line with the title, as much as I'd want that to be true.

Misleading title: he never once says that support is flowing into Mariupol. He name-checks Mariupol then says "we are trying to get them the help they need", then talks about the weapons pipeline in Western Ukraine. Mariupol's brave defenders are surrounded, and by all accounts lack any routes for either escape or resupply. The headline is sensationalist and misleads.
