I feel sorry for you man, you really need a bigger garage. It looks too small for even one project...
Good job with the consistency of content. I realise that it must be hard to manage due to general life time constraints as well as the actual monetary costs of doing custom bikes.

Looking forward to the mongrel, it has the potential to be the most interesting project so far.
