It’s a great start to moving away from the current paradigm of mind body dualism. However, it isn’t quite there yet. It sounds to still keep the split and look at body as a form of mind. When looking at body movement in this way it sounds to be talking about mobility which has more to do with various cognitive functions as opposed to motility which is from a “lower” center in the brain or possibly not in the brain but just in the tissue itself.

But this is a good step forward, especially for Harvard who is heavily pushing neurocentricity.

I’d be happy to talk more with you and help you “feel” or perceive a true bottom-up process and not the top-down view of a bottom-up process (which is what I am hearing here.).

Keep up the good work! Moving closer to the non-duality of living which DesCartes and Plato missed but where the body/mind resides.
