Shushi’s Rebirth

Ellada Sargsyan, a longtime resident of Shushi, Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic), talks about the tragic past of her native city as well as its rebirth since the 1990s.

Sargsyan also discusses the far-reaching development projects which the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has implemented in Shushi. These projects include the construction of a state-of-the-art water network and the Yeznik Mozian Vocational School, as well as the complete renovation of Shushi’s renowned Public Library and the Khachatur Abovyan High School.
