What about Pokken Tournament? Those games have a really interesting mechanic where they switch between arena fighter and the classic fighting game. Would like to see a video on that

ok Jump Force was bad, same can't be said about the Tenkaichi games, Gundam games or even earlier Storm titles, those have depth and allow for competitive play. It's not a genre problem, not even a licensed slop problem, it's an execution problem. They lost the sauce

I feel like a One Piece fighter would *have* to be either a 1v1 or 2v2 fighter. 3v3s like DBFZ are cool, but I don't think there's any way to properly implement the depth and creativity of *most* OP characters' movesets in a 3v3 team fighter due to movesets (usually) having to be simplified at least a little to account for people having to learn *three* of them.

Plus, DBFZ is kinda already filling the 3v3 team fighter niche RN. Don't want two games with tons of potential stepping on each other's toes.

Im not going to lie. Jump force actually sucked. The game was very unbalanced. You can 0 to death with giorino, and it's not like the inputs are difficult either, i agree that platform fighters are better than arena fighters

My wish was that the demon slayer game was a 2d fighter game but was an arena, the supers on that game are so good even the character that just appear one time have super cool moves and supers, I wish it was a 2d fighter

But Naruto storm 4 is one of the best fighting game in my opinion
