I got a shiny tyranitar from a raid but I got a frozen screen after it dogged my ball. I had to reload the encounter screen then the raid was gone.

Is there any way to get mega energy other than tyranitar raids that ended, I live in a rural area and I only got 1 tyranitar raid because a friend happened to invite me and I happened to have a remote raid pass I bought using my precious coins that I get enough for a remote raid pass in 1 month, is having tyranitar my buddy give me mega energy when I walk with him?

I bought a remote raid pass and went in with people but everytime it got to like 5 secs they all left it got annoying and I left that spot and used it up
