There have been times I've played this on repeat at least 20 times. For years I've done this. It's just as beautiful every time. Darkness, closed eyes, amazing. I've never thought of it as a song of death as many do. I have always thought it was about wonder, nature, and the loss of all hate. To me, this is the least depressing song ever.
