Back on the road, and it feels so good!

The day started with a very energetic Stefani zooming around before we hit the road to check out 168-million-year-old dinosaur footprints, easily one of the coolest things we've seen so far!

From there, we drove through some stunning landscapes and stopped for a quick lunch: tomato and avocado bruschetta with mozzarella, enjoyed next to a peaceful little pond (with an even better view).
Stefani took full advantage of the break to burn off some energy!

A bit further down the road, we spotted Castelo de Porto de Mós in the distance, so a detour to visit it was needed. The castle didn’t disappoint, offering some amazing views over the village below.

We wrapped up the day at our park-up just outside Serras de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park, watching the sunset with a glass of wine, a snack board, and that perfect golden-hour glow!
