I love this relaxation part here. Your voice is soft and slow. There's such a calm in your voice. I love how you said we don't have to look a certain way so we can relax our faces. We can be vulnerable now without having to put on a happy or serious face as we do at work or socializing. This constant reminder of safety helps so much to release tension and fears.
