I base my current diet on your 'master your t' book which seems very similar to the thermo diet. I look forward to this coming out. It will help push me into the optimal level. Sacking off body building splits and taking up calisthenics has helped grow more muscle and strength. Good work Chris. Keep up the good work.

Chris I've really enjoyed watching your series on the ThermoDiet. Having been diagnosed with Hashimotos myself I find the thyroid science fascinating! I've heard you talk a lot about testosterone production and increasing it in men, I would love to know how this principal in conjunction with the ThermoDiet (as it relates to hormonal balance, body shape and thyroid function) applies to women???

Long story short. I’m 20 years old that experienced low testosterone symptoms severely and my total t came back at 545 ng/dL and my estrogen at 30 pg/ml and I’m 5’10 220 lbs. told my doctor everything and when I results came back he said he couldn’t do anything about it because he didn’t study in “vitamins” just hormones/ thyroid. And when I found umzu man oh man I feel like I’m 16 again energetic mentally and physically and im now running 1-3 miles everyday since I’ve gotten my umzu supplements. Hey went from sitting down in the couch all day to yea !!! 👍💪

Agreed with 95% of the information here. The whole deal with fruits though, personally if I consume like a few apples or bananas I crash my blood sugars. Based on my ancestors, from Pakistan, my great grandma consumed lots of dairy, some meat, some poultry, lentils, beans, broth/soup, and wheat chapatis. I don't do wheat, dairy or lentils/beans in the UK because my gut got wrecked by all that glyphosate and shit. Keep in mind my great grandma lived in a farm and passed at the age of 102. My grandma came to the UK at 30, ate the processed (same) stuff and passed recently at 68.

I see some similarities with what you've said in this and other videos to the Plant Paradox protocol. There are also a few differences. Have you looked at this protocol, and do you have an opinion on it? I have hypothyroidism and my lady has lupus. We have both been considering doing the Plant Paradox protocol together and then I came across your info which is also of interest.

Chris, do you have any recommendations for toothpaste? I've been using non fluoridated for years but wondered as you said avoid mint whether you avoid mint in your toothpaste? The amounts you're likely to ingest probably make it a non issue, but was curious.

Is there a way to do this as a vegetarian? Are eggs the only way to get decent protein, if beans and nuts are out? How about organic tempeh? I do NO meat or fish, limited dairy.

Christopher Walker, It may seem strange, but dried watermelon seeds have 10mg of zinc per 100g serving, do they also contain a lot of lignent? Brazil nuts are high in Copper so do not get Copper dominant. It is kind of beta... 😀 "but I don't care" 😀 regarding veggies was Alfa humorus. And thank you for what you do. Love and Respect

Great advice. About avoiding the halogens, how to avoid Chlorine when it's in the salt NaCl, Cl stands for chlorine ? I guess don't use bleach, nor go to swimming pools (sanitized with bleach). What else? Also I wanted to point out that carrots do not contain vitamin A (retinol), but rather carotenoids.
