Replacement nibs for Lamy Safaris/All Stars/Vistas are quite inexpensive and they are really easy to exchange. Even for someone like me who is not comfortable to swap nibs on other pens.
So I would buy a new nib for your Safari.
I always love currently inked videos and your choice of inks is lovely.

I actually own the Lamy Safari Petrol, but I didn't buy the ink because i found that Private Reserve's Ebony Blue was really close to the swatches floating around at the time and I had a full bottle of that.

If you're looking for an ink similar to Petrol, try getting a sample of Ebony Blue.
