PIA to install. Great unit though, the edge. This is my 3rd helmet installing it into, and it was a pain each time. Not Cardo's fault. If you want it clean, it will take some time and fighting the helmet to route the wiring.

Thank you! This video made it quick and painless for me to install myself!!
For other people who are having trouble figuring it out, just do your best to run all the wires so that they don't get pinched or chafed, or get in the way of putting on or taking off the helmet. Use the twist ties to manage the wires & shorten lengths, and also twist the mic & speaker wires together so they hug each other nicely, making it easier to tuck & route!

What if the helmet already has a mic and speakers? Can you connect it using bluetooth, or does it have to be with the wired mic and speakers. I am currently using the Vata7 helmet which has integrated speakers and a mic

Great! I suggest you to make a video showing how to install in a Shoei Neotec 2. It's a little difficult because the place to install the intercom from the competition.

I love that my unit has died in just 7 months and 5 days before i leave for the Tail of the Dragon. Best part can't get ahold of anyone to try to get mine fixed or buy a new unit in time. No shipping options on the website. I like Cardo but Sena is starting to look more tempting by the minute!

I just think anything to remove your attention to traffic is a bad idea on a bike, I am married to my phone during the week but when riding I go complete silence to concentrate on the road and surroundings. I see guys all the time fooling with their phone while riding, wrong idea totally.,
