I'm a Naturopath and I've been raw- vegan/fruitarian for 26 yrs. I love this lifestyle and I'll never go back to the SAD diet, which is dangerous, toxic and sickness. I appreciate how I look, feel, and behave in life. I have positive energy, peaceful, full of joy, healthy and strong. I'm almost 60 y/o. Go Raw-Vegan! Meat is dead animal flesh (including fish).

So true. Thank you for the information. Im raw vegan since March 2022. Food is medicine not a visit to the doctor. Im so much more healthy and happy and kind since going raw. It has made me a happier person. Its incredible. X❤️

If your on the fence about going fruitarian or raw vegan my advice is to give it 1 or 2 wks depending on your situation and just see for yourself and if after 1-2 weeks you don't feel better an see improvements then just stop.

I did 1 week raw vegan an quickly realized how much better i felt after just fruits so switched to fruitarian. During that first week i went through detox symptoms a migraine that lasted 2 days and fatigue, sore muscles, sore joints, terrible mood, craving really badly it's s like quitting a drug but once its out of your system cravings stop after that i felt amazing so much more energy an after i switched to fruitarian everything just improved even more i slept the best i have in years, digestive system working perfectly, bloating gone, low moods an anxiety gone, I'm a happier me in a better mood an overall more positive.

Edit: i also lost 5.5lbs/2.5gks in the first week with no exercise at all.

Fruit is the most natural food designed for the human body. Vegetables we are not truly designed for but we can still thrive of them but not better than only fruit. Pure fruit will provide optimal function mind/body/spirit. Vegetables are usually unappealing and require flavoring which shows is less naturally designed for our taste buds. only act as drugs to the body and cause long term issues, all the needed flavor and sodium is already within a fruit.

The gimmicky voice wasn't a good start, but all the information was spot on! Cool! Been on a fruitarian diet for just over 2 weeks now, so good! Less boating, less gas, sleep better, wake up with energy every morning, digestion is so smooth and easy! Always feeling fresh and clean!

Honestly, Steve Jobs was NOT a complete Fruitarian. A Fruitarian lifestyle DOESN'T cause Pancreatic cancer. He may have done that later (but not consistent). Fruit sugar doesn';t even go into the pancreas. Fruit sugar bypass it. I had a client whose doctor told her to eat anything she wanted but don't eat fruit because of the sugar. But it's ok to eat ham and cheese on white bread, huh??

And of course, an individual also has the option of using the fruitarian approach as a short term therapeutic diet, after which he/she can ease into raw vegan or high-raw vegan as a long term maintenance diet.

Gandhi was a vegetarian.😕 That said, I agree that raw (vegan )foods are better for you.. but I can't give up my beans, legumes and veggies.. plus occasional treats. Maybe one day I can eat more raw foods. I love red grapes.😋❤

I disagree with being anything beyond ordinary vegan. There is a limit beyond which things become extreme and unhealthy. Eating only fruit implies eating loads of sugar; it's the same molecule.
