Absolutely. Keeps all his stuff in one place, and you always know where he is. Games, tv, friends. I'd make it so attractive, that he'd never want to leave. With a door to the garage. I can keep them in food/snacks, and celebrate all the guy stuff. Depending on what he likes. Not all guys like the same things.

Good friend of mine has a 2 story home 5 bedrooms 2.5 bath. He has a game room and billiards/darts room. Kinda cool to see the luxury when it comes to this build. It’s the details for me. 🙏🏽

100%. We’ve discussed it in depth. When we build our next house, that’s a priority. I might more excited for it than he is. He’ll be able to smoke his cigars in there if he wants to because it will be cooled/heated by a mini-split.
