This training program will describe severalemergingand re-emerging viruses (e.g. Zika and Ebola), the exposure pathways for workers, and provide basic information for worker self-protection. These pathogens present specific concerns to health care workers, with unique risks that are not common to health care settings. This webinar will discuss the basics of several pathogens, personal protective equipment, disinfection and other bestpractices employees should follow to prevent exposure.
