After hours of searching trying to delete all photos from sd card locked to photo's protected I am exhausted and this is the ONLY place that says to press the reformat a second time. Good God! Thank you sweet baby Jesus for this video.

God bless you, I was searching this, my display is not working, and I was searching video how to format memory card without display, I was even read some manual and saw word "for"but I didn't read, hahah, I was so close to this

Brought a D80 thought -E- meant error, found this and yes thank-you, it is related to the SD card and found your video on how to format it, in situ. I was going to send the camera back as it would not take pics, again, many thanks!

Cool trick but doesn't work on my D800. The "For" appears but pressing again it defaults back to original screen. No countdown.
