I am sure coach T is trying to figure this out and figuring out the right players at the right time which is not easy as a coach. I hope the ladies can get their nucleus back together before the playoffs and during. One practice, and one game at a time. Angel is right.... the inside out will be very effective! Also, as a baller who played all positions while in the miliary and as a coach, Angel is right, those who play the post positions do pass the ball better to other post and centers players than most guards. I'm rooting for my hometown ladies to get it back and win these next couple of games and get ready for the playoffs! Good luck ladies! She can't score teams like Indiana are putting up 100 points and they're losing only putting up 70, what are the rebounds worth, if they don't translate to points. I love what she said "being able to sharpen up my defense, offense will come later, defense wins games". Just imagine when this rebounding machine DO "decides" to sharpen up on her offense. We HAVE seen Angel shot threes.
This reminds me of Steph Curry early on in his career and his ankles kept giving him trouble. And when Steph finally got his ankle trouble straighten out, Steph literally TOOK OVER the NBA. I am glad Angel ALWAYS looks cool as a cucumber. She knows what she is capable of. Just like Steph Curry knew what he was capable of and lived up to it. God please bless Angel Reese.
