This week on Hardcore Tech, we port-match the Holley Hi-Ram intake manifold on our 600 HP, 427 Small Block Ford and test the gains. This engine is based off the 351 Windsor and utilizes a Dart SHP block and AFR 220cc Renegade competition ported cylinder heads. We added the cast aluminum Holley Hi-Ram manifold base and capped that off with a dual 4150 top, and two Holley Track Warrior 650cfm carbs.

I’d love to see this on something a little more radical. I’m considering one myself with dual carbs. 14-1 compression, 445 dart based sbf, ported kaase-p38’s and 265-270 duration solid roller with .746 lift. Kooks 2 inch primary, 3.5 inch collector headers. Hoping to make 750 or more.

Just saw your Channel see alot of FORD Builds, Very Nice. I have a set of Trickflow Street/Strip Heads for BBF on my 521 Believe there the 290cc intake runner. Bought them about 10 years ago when i built the Engine. Now Trickflow sells them CNC Ported, wasn't available Years Ago when i bought them. Do you guys do any work with those ? Planning on doing a Large Single Turbo on this Engine, and Don't know if I'd be better off with the A460 Heads ? I'm really partial to Trickflow and i really like the Jon Kaase SR-71 Heads. Looking into a Single Garrett GTX5544R 102mm-106mm

Would have loved to see this 7 liter with the Hi-Ram fuel injection. The poor man's "supercar" engine.
