Widowmaker’s harlequin skin is NOT a Batman skin. They are a type of jester from France.
Now, as for skin ideas, I’d love to see something that is magical girl inspired; like Sailor Moon.

For the miles one I would choose Lucio because in both spider-verse films miles is listening to music & Lucio is perfect for that because of his music background, & for the Prowler one I would choose reaper because the prowler outfit makes sense for reaper because of the edgy designs on both of their outfits.

A great idea just came into my mind, remember that scene in batman the dark night when the joker explodes the hospital a walk away, imagine making this as a highlight intro, it would be the best highlight intro ever.

Can you imagine Negan- Reaper, Rick- Cassidy, Maggie- Ashe. Don't really know a 4th option there's a few routes to go (walkers, other TV characters, tell tale version reps?)
