I love how realistic and considerate you are. I live in the middle east and its really sweet how you make the ingredients easier by saying 'you can substitute that' or 'replace that' and 'you can leave that out' . you make that so simple!

I made this tiramisu twice and it was amazing!!! I loved it. It only took me 1/2 hour because I was not familiar with all the ingredients, but I should get better with time. Either way I felt like a true chef. 👍👍👍

Finally a tiramisu done the right way, with the right biscuits and everything! I think I'll stick to my usual recipe with eggs I've been making since I was little (everyone loves it too!) but this can be really useful and again... It's finally done right! Love from Italy ❤

Oh man, I just made this tiramisu recipe tonight and Gemma, it came out outstanding! So good and the amaretto gives it an even better flavor. I love amaretto so I also added a bit to the coffee before dunking the lady fingers. So good! It tastes way better than Olive Garden even my husband was impressed. Thanks Gemma!

Made this since I have lots of leftover whipping cream. Oops, no ladyfingers. No problem, Gemma has a recipe for those cuties. No mascarpone cheese, no worries as I could make a substitute. No sour cream, Gemma also shows the simple way to make some. Thanks to all the tips, I managed to make my first tiramisu. Gemma, you are great!

Hi gemma! Im from india and i love ur recipes. I made this tiramsu yesterday and instead of using ladyfingers i used oreos

I just want to say this was the first real full blown cake I've ever made (i've made simple banana cakes and lemon loafs before) and it turned out AMAZING. Gemma you are a godsend. I actually ended up making this recipe totally from scratch using Gemma's homemade ladyfinger recipe AND her homemade mascarpone recipe then I put it all together. It tastes SO FREAKING GOOD. The 3 days of effort were totally worth it (i followed Gemma's advice from her ladyfinger recipe and made them two days ahead so they could go stale) If anyone out there thinks they can't bake, or they don't have the talent, this is such a good recipe and cake to start with. I could barely stop myself from eating it right away.

I tried this recipe yesterday and I had to add more whipping cream ( about another 3/4 cup). The 1 cup was not enough to cover the cookies in a decent layer. I also added 50 ml of kahlua to the coffee for another flavor note.
