I think it would be fun to see you play this game again, I honestly love the concept.
I also noticed at 26:20 what makes the heroes glitch out. You can see two of them walk to the potion despenser in the room, and when the first one interacts with the despenser and finds nothing the other stops as it seems to understand that it saw the despenser has no potions but doesn't continue to go interact with it as it seems to get stuck in a situation it wasn't programmed to expect. Then they just stand there till they run out of energy and complain about no campsite. Hopefully, the dev/devs see the video and possibly this comment so they can look at what might be causing that error.

Locking can help you choose the tier of hero that opens it. Kind of micro management style but there isnt much of a point if the chest is always full.

Imagine a multiplayer game that looks like that. One of the players is building dungeon when the rest (1-3 i guess?) is trying to beat it (they might have a 1st person pov) and at the end of an round dungeon master gains gold but players gain loot (armor, new weapons, etc.)it would be so funny to play

One of the tips says you get whatever gold is left in chests at the end of the day, so having the chests full isnt necessarily a bad thing. Could even try to make a dungeon where the adventurers beat a bunch of monsters, filling multiple chests, before meeting their demise to some traps, leaving you with more gold at the end of the day.
