Siege tower is such an underrated siege unit, when loaded it moves almost as fast as cavalry it's ridiculous

if you think about it, the siege tower is a armoured vehicle - way faster than a ram, protects the infantry inside from their biggest enemy, archers, and can even make walls redundant. we need to see it used more often, even in an open battlefield situation. the sheer number of arrows which it can absorb is a good enough reason to pick it. just unload the infantry next to a spot of archer and profit!

This reminds me the blackforest mastapiece, when Viper sneaks around 20 Goths longswordsmen into enemy base. Once longswordsmen are in, Viper immediately rush for TC, and it only takes a few seconds to break it

By doing this, you've probably brought more attention to Siege Towers in 2 days than they've had in years as a unit, and it's actually possible that a probable bug that is affecting them (crashing) could be fixed [due to exposure]. Well now.

When I play Slavs I always try to go for a militia-line rush and then mix in my cheap siege.I hate siege units overall since I cant micro them, but Slav seem to be the only siege civ that works for me since their siege units are cheaper so I can use them as more expedanble units than usual.
Great gameplay, and use of all the Slav bonuses <3

Wanted to say thanks Viper.. I did this in my 900 ELO game as Celts vs Britons and won. Obviously nowhere near as polished as yours, but my opponent gave up when he saw 30 long swordsman in his base. Going to do this every Arena game now :D
