Hello friends, in this video, you will learn how to make puff puff with only 3 ingredients. Self rising flour, sugar and water less than 10 minutes. No need of yeast and salt.

Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- warm water

- In small bowl, add flour, sugar.
- Add warm water gradually mix thoroughly or until you get the perfect consistency.

Preparation
- in large deep pan, add enough oil for deep fry at medium heat.
- when the oil is hot enough, test by dropping a small dough.
- use your hands, grab a little bit of dough mixture at time and drop in oil.
- let it cook 1-3 minutes each side or until golden and brown. Repeat this process again.
- remove the puff puff, place it in paper to observe excess oil.

- You can also use ice scream scoop to grab the dough and drop.

If you live in area where you can’t get self rising, you can make your own self rising.

- For 1 cup all purpose flour.
- add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 salt

This looks delicious. I gave up on trying to make these. I never get it right. They burn outside and are not well done inside. I never know when to put them in the oil/when the temperature is right or when to take them out.

i usually do the jamaican fried dumplings which is the same ingredients but with less water so its more hard not runny dough however i love the way you do these and im definitely going to do the consistency like how you do it more runny it looks i add sugar to the dough to make them sweet
