HOW TO MAKE PUFF PUFF

Puff puff
* 1 ½ cup water 350ml or 12OZ
* 1 Tablespoon Active Dry yeast(10g)
* 3 cups All purpose flour (370g)
* 3/4 cup Sugar(155g)
* 1/4 cup Powdered milk (20g)
* ¼ teaspoon salt.
* 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Step 1.
Mix Active dry yeast with 1 cup of warm water( water should not be hot to the touch) Room temperature. Set the other 1/2 cup water aside.
Step 2.
While yeast is proofing, Combine your dry ingredients all purpose flour, sugar, powdered milk, salt, nutmeg.
Step 3.
Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients mix until fully combined then mix for about 5 to 8 minutes until mixture is elastic and stretchy. Add the remaining half cup of water and loosen the mixture then mix until smooth.
Step 4.
Cover with a clean kitchen cloth or cling film and store in a warm place(turned off oven or microwave) until doubled in size. This should take about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 5.
After about 30 minutes, fill a Deep pan or pot with frying oil, and start heating it up on medium heat.
Step 6.
Take your batter out it should have doubled in size after 40 minutes deflate batter, use hand to scoop then squeeze between your thumb and index finger unto hot oil. Fry on medium heat until golden brown.
