iPhone 6S Saddle Brown Leather Case After 2 Months

Wow the saddle brown color really does develop a lot of character. For those wondering, this faded or worn effect is called "patina." I happens when a piece of leather absorbs the oils and dirt from your hands and dye from your pants. Over time the leather changes color depending on how you much (and in what way) you handle it. The more oil in your hands and the more you handle the leather the quicker the leather will darken. It's pretty fucking cool. That being said, I'm definitely picking up a saddle brown leather case for myself so I can enjoy the way it changes over time as well. Thanks so much for the video!

I love the weathering and wear of leather cases, it's what you want if you're into a rustic look and quality, natural products. I've heard people complain that it scratches (if it's supple leather, of course it will) however, all scratches I've ever gotten with this case have been easily erased by simply rubbing it with any kind of moisture.

I have the PRODUCT (RED) leather case in my iPhone 6 and it looks amazing when it is new so take your pictures of the case when it is new cause when it gets dirty it really shows and it doesn't look to good, so if you get the (RED) case than keep it clean!

Super delicate case that stays beautiful for a very short time even taking great care of it. One fall will peel the skin and expose the black rubber underneath. The beautiful look like on this video lasted a very short time for me and after one year it's basically all dark. Got some little bumps or bubbles on the side parts as well. My similar ipad brown leather case I have for 3-4 years now is faring much much better.

For me this is the best looking case, the leather holds up really nicely. I even dropped my iPhone pretty bad 2 times, no damage to the phone whatsoever. Furthermore, the case makes your iPhone feel significantly less slippery. It's expensive, but definitely worth the money!

Just got the Saddle Brown yesterday and currently using it. Little bit slippery and some scuffs here and there but I love the look of the worn case! I’m very careful not to drop my phone. So i think my phone will be safe.

how is it holding now? The reason i am asking, i have read a lot of reviews saying "this beautifully faded look last only two months or so" and then it becomes all black, back side leather starts peeling off etc. What do you have to say? Hope you respond soon, i am inclined towards this case but only this doubt is keeping my from buying it.

Hi, I know you posted this a year ago, but I'm trying to decide between the silicone and leather cases for the 7 plus. I'm not concerned with the price difference...the one concern i have is that I don't want a slippery case. My question is, does the leather case feel about the same even after it is worn in, or does it feel different? If different, how so? TIA!

Just bought the case today. It's beautiful.
The power button is a little hard to press though.
