This is Journey’s 50th anniversary!! All of the past members should absolutely be welcomed on the stage!! They each played a part in the band’s sound and success! They owe it to the fans, regardless of individual member’s feelings on the matter. It’s not about any “who’s better than who” bullshit…it’s supposed to be a time of celebration! Drop the fucking egos, guys!!

without Steve Perry, Journey probably would've been another jam band that faded away. ... Arnel made them relevant again with more success. Steve was the voice of that band period, and without that voice probably maybe would've gotten only a hit or 2 or nothing at all. In this case, much like skid row, without the voices there may not have been any hits. Sebastian Bach was Skid Row just like Perry was/is Journey.

From what I know, it takes a whole lot to piss the very patient, very humble Arnel Pineda. It is not in his character to be speaking that way. Never has he been in any verbal altercation with anyone in the Philippines. So for him to be tweeting those words, I believe someone is really sabotaging him and hurting him emotionally. Who knows how much longer Arnel could belt those high notes? Wouldn't it be wise to not piss the vocalist that brings in the dough while he still can? I don't know what Neal's wife is up to but she better shut up if she still wants to continue her shopping sprees. Also, some have pointed out, you can replace all the other musicians in the band but not the vocalist that your songs are known for. That's why it took them decades to finally find someone to replace Steve Perry. And You let this nasty woman ruin everything? Wake up Neal.

It’s sad that so many of the bands I grew up with are so full of dysfunction in their twilight years- Journey, Styx, Heart, Motley Crue, Kiss, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Boston, and I’m sure there are many others.

As a Journey fan for almost 45 years, it irritates the Hell outta me on all of their behavior. It’s time for them to hang it up. Which kills me to say. I have a friend who is in a world famous band who, while on tour, did a show with Journey. To quote my friend, I was talking to Neal and Arnel when Jon came up, yelled at Arnel to get to the warm up area and warm up. Neal looked at my friend and didn’t say a word. Just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. When I heard this, it troubled me. When your heroes are fighting and obviously aren’t getting a long, it sucks.
