I’m listening to this for the first time right now and let me tell ya… it’s not very often that I hear a song that I am instantly obsessed with. The beat is sweet and the lyrics are so important for our youngsters to hear. I’m hoping this blows up. I can see so many people just happily dancing around while genuinely happy to be themselves. Letting go of the pressure to live up to the standards of strangers is freeing to say the least. Character is more important than reputation. Be a good person and feel good about who you are. I gotta press play again. I’m loving this song.

This is amazing. Keep up the good work Andy. This is what I got on the radio when I needed it. I was finishing up middle school and depressed. I had no one to trust and very insecure. I never had a good relationship with my parents, or anyone for that matter. When I heard this song, I just instantly searched though the internet to found this song. I wanted this... no I needed this. Andrew, you are the best in the music industry. If you're not the best, I don't know who is. After this song, I started to be me. Of course, I got hated, into fights, and talked about. I remember a kid told me everyone at the school hated me. My old self would have punched him. But all I did was smile and walk away smiling. "Stop trying to be the things you're not". I had to learn the hard WAY. I found a friend named Cameron. He was just like me. His mom was no help, always bring him down, depressed. Many of times I thought of suicide, turn to drugs or run away. But you taught me that I need to be myself. "I was tried of hiding and had a talk with myself". Personally, I hope you make songs like this more. I'm trying hard to be me, but of course life likes to take its turn. But If you do see this Andy, Thank you. "You're only shining when you're being yourself, wish I could learn that 'fore i went though hell". This is my favorite song. Damn, it really does fells good to be me.
