Come to Belville and CY. Great idea to take back the decay. Ensure Law Enforcement cleans up first and enforce bylaws and create safety for business owners and the public.

Too much crime like drug dealing, prostitution and illegal immigrants and shops operating in Bellville... Big job ahead.

Traffic in Bellville is already not great. The elephant in the room is the Cape train network run by PRASA.

There was no mention of the reality of foreign cartels and drug peddling? How will this restructure work in relation to all the illegal immigrants and home affairs issues. Your problem in Bellville & Parow is way bigger than you think. It has become a haven and showroom for drugs, crime and prostitution 😢

Good to see in Cape Town the debate and thinking is about growth and positive things…. While in Tshwane and JoBerg it’s a 💩 show
