1. У них есть 30 дней на то, чтобы обжаловать приговор в рамках предусмотренных законом правовых процедур.
2. Они могут просить о помиловании. Помиловать их своим решением может только Денис Пушилин. Но только после обращения глав этих государств к главе ДНР. Это значит, что надо будет сначала признать ДНР, как территориальный субъект, а уж потом обращение.
3. Если их помилуют, то приговор может быть заменен на 25 лет тюрьмы.
4. Смертная казнь в ДНР осуществляется через расстрел. Повесить не получится, так как на момент вынесения приговора повешение, как мера приведения приговора в ДНР не предусмотрена. Так что если приговор будет приведен в исполнение, то только через расстрел.
