Where did the after dark videos go?? I have questions, like how can I get good red color into a beer? Maybe make a hazy red IPA for Christmas? Fr, om my research so far, it seems like hibiscus is my best bet.

We did a Pliny the Elder Clone and it had Hop Shots and so much hops! Definitely a more Malty Beer, but the bitterness of all those hops balanced out beautifully after it sat for 2 weeks. Didn't taste very West Coast Bittery and Dank. It has a great aroma, flavor, finish and color! I have never had Pliny and would pay to get some! I just can't find it inNortheast Pennsylvania! Help me!!
