Use the small disc and it’s the bestest thing I’ve ever used in my life. Wanna get my hands on the Saalt wear super for my heaviest days when I’m feeling too crampy to insert anything 😅 deffffinitley try Saalt if yall haven’t! Best of the best ❤

I had one for about 5 years but my body changed and now it doesn't fit well so I need a new one (I took the pill for about 2 years and gained 13kg of weight). For now I'm waiting for my second disc to arrive and then I will do a few cup quizzes and try to find a new one that fits perfectly.
