Smaller sink in the kitchen to allow for more counter space and utility sink in the bathroom is the best idea I've ever seen in a tiny house.

This is the most livable tiny home Ive seen. I was shocked at how spacious the loft was. A lot of lofts have a ton of floor space but the ceiling is like 2 feet from the floor. Which tbh makes it extremely *un* livable for me, personally. This loft is a full on extra room.

I love Everything about this tiny, including the color selection. Susan made some fantastic decisions. She has plenty of storage throughout her home.

This is my first time seeing a utility sink in a tiny, which can be used for multiple things. That staircase, shower, tile, and fireplace are my favorites. The porch is nice as well. Tfs.

Such a sweet lady with splendid design/decorating talent. Blue is my favorite color so I loved everything about the home, especially the kitchen cabinets--love, love, love the cabinet pulls!

The builder worked with you to build your perfect forever home. It is brilliant that they did not force you into a mold. Your home is molded to you. This is an amazing build. You are very lucky to have found someone who listens and delivers 'your' home.

As an interior designer who must focus on detail, I'm enthralled with the necessity and challenge to make the most of every square inch in a tiny home. This inspires thoughtfulness, creativity, inventiveness and just thinking outside the box that is rarely seen to this degree in a traditional home. Add to that the desire for inspiring aesthetics in the finished package and the result is a living piece of art. The time, thought, planning, attention to measurements and detail as well as quality, function and beauty carried out by Susan and her builders are quite apparent. Susan has a lovely home to live out the rest of her life!

Absolutely beautiful tiny home. Everything is perfect for her but the bump out stairs are inspired! I just love this home and I think the 10ft width makes it so much more liveable than the 8ft. What a beautiful home to retire in!

Nice. Especially like the first floor bedroom. Some retirees have arthritis and climbing a loft would not work.
