Nail in the coffin moment for me was after the debate at the next venue where Jill Biden said aloud, "Didn't he do great!" for the crowd to hear and Joe just stood there with that vacant look and then lit up some in response while raising his arms from his side. She said it like she was congratulating some elder for finishing his pudding. I cursed at that moment.

Inability of aged people to see their own mental decline, the denialism of his family and staff.
I had an uncle who in his mid 60's who was s senior manager in a public company, left for the office in the morning, didn't arrive.
His abandoned car was found at a railway station.
A few days later was arrested when trying to enter his childhood home in a rural town.
He was taken to a hospital, found to have dementia, family compelled to place him in an aged care facility.
This has happened millions of times in human society, people just won't recognise dementia until a crisis occurs.
It's over for Biden he will have to be replaced in the white house immediately, there is no spinning this, the whole world saw it, millions of doctors saw it.
He cannot be allowed to run for office, he can't remain in office.
Weekend at Bernie's isn't a good idea at the White House.
