Someone just asked me "where have you been" today! My truthful answer was nowhere, I've been around. It was a lazy way of asking a question to put the onus on me to carry the conversation instead of them thinking back to when we bumped into each other recently 😐

I get confused, times it feels so vague that I over analyze their question. Then confuse them back by giving more than one answer or over sharing stuff I shouldn't. It took many years in my younger life of being looked at oddly/laughed at for being too weird to ask questions to return it back with a really lame neutral response (which bored them or killed any talk)
