Why Russia’s NUCLEAR WEAPONS Didn't Stop Ukraine's INVASION

Today, we explore Russia's growing desperation and nuclear threats as Ukraine pushes further into Russian territory. With Kyiv now requesting permission to use America's most powerful weapons inside Russia, Moscow is terrified of potential strikes on its homeland. Putin's threats of nuclear retaliation, alongside the Kremlin's announcement of "clarifying" nuclear doctrine, reveal Russia's fear of Western arms used against critical military targets. We analyze how Ukraine’s recent successes, particularly in Kursk, are affecting the balance of power in this ongoing conflict.

Quick correction: these are NOT America's "most devastating weapons."

Time for NATO to grow a pair and call Putin's bluff.

Putin Is ALL TALK - At Least He Better Hope and Pray Himself That He Is!
Regardless, Nukes Or No Nukes, This is NOT Going To End Well For Putin.

This is a good question to ask. Russia has threatened to use nukes against Ukraine multiple thousands of times. That's not an exaggeration. And yet, they haven't. Ukraine has a foothold into Russia proper and no nukes are flying. Ukraine has liquidated more than 620k Russians and no nukes are flying. Ukraine has successfully attacked Moscow and no nukes are flying.

We should be asking the question if Russia has functioning nuclear weapons. They cost a fortune to maintain and they degrade over time. Russian oligarchs fleeced the Russian military by sucking the lifeblood from it for decades. Why should we assume the nuclear stockpile is an exception?

In 1983 Stanislaw Petrow did not follow his orders, which most likely had lead to the launch of nuclear rockets.

Even if Russias nuclear weapons work (which I doubt), I won´t think any Russian officer responsible for such a weapon would fire it. These people are not as devoted to their leaders as many think.

The Military Show: Do Russian nukes even work?
Russia’s answer: Wanna find out?
Anyone sane: No I’d rather not!
Conclusion: Yes they do work. This is the main purpose of nuclear weapons. They are best used as a political instrument of leverage.

Taco Bell bathrooms have a better maintenance record than the Russian Military. "Ready! Fire! Aim!"

I worked on our Minuteman II nuclear missile sites back in the 70's and even back then Soviet/Russian missiles were crap. I doubt even 1 in 100 would actually be anywhere near operational today.

Kursk without strategic value?!? The biggest gas transportation station to Eastern Europe is there, and they will shut down in January.

I've had this same question on my mind since the start of the war, I mean all the other equipment is so bad. They HAVE to be sending all of the old equipment first either that or Russia is truly that incompetent.

I appreciate the sped up footage of the various locales. It gives us a bit more information about what it's like there. We can see the movement of cloud formations, car and pedestrian flow, etc. Great idea.

The parts of Russia which wish for independence may decide to take action when they see Moscow is incapable of retaking Kursk.

Let's be real. How many operable nukes does Russia actually have. We all saw how well they kept up the military hardware that they thought they may have had a good chance of using in the near future. How well would they keep up with equipment that they thought they would probably never use? I think we know the answer to that question.

russian nukes haven't worked for decades. russia didn't see any reason to invest in the maintenance of nuclear systems because of oligarchy. They made a business decision that they could take that money instead of spending it on weapons that would never be used. The Tritium hasn't been replenished since the 90's. That requires about $100K per warhead per year. As russia has 5, 580 warheads, that is half a billion dollars in raw materials (not counting overhead costs) per year. There may be as little as 100 warheads that actually work. Please talk about ballistic silos where the doors don't work.

"Private Conscriptovich" is hilarious, and also sad, for a reason you probably don't know.

Also, threatening to use nukes should be viewed as nearly as taboo as actually using them. (If the CIA thought Dobby was serious, he would already have suffered an accident.)
