One Minute Map Hack: Avoid Label-Feature Overlap

Sometimes the auto-label robot rolls the dice and your stochastic fortunes delivered some labels that overlap features in visually distracting ways. Here's how you can make labels from one layer avoid the features of another, in ArcGIS Pro.

I have a fence layer and I've made the feature weight 1000, but the fence label STILL overlaps the fence when the map is zoomed out to 86k. What else can I do to make it NOT run over the fence when the map is zoomed out? It looks just fine at 56K, but the layout has to be at 86K to get all the content in.
