Most retail companies like Home Depot, Lowe's, Wal Mart and many more have started running black Friday saving the whole month of November or a couple weeks before the of Black Friday so they don't have the crowds that use to rush the store so they don't have the fights, injuries, or worse like they use to have back in the days

Usually they at least have the decency to mark it up the week before so they can cut the price back to what it was 2 weeks ago lol

Valid point expert for those showcase displays. This displays have custom combinations at a discount which other retailers don’t sell. (E.g. 2 torpedo levels for 10 dollars usually 10 each.) These displays will typically be around for this quarter or until sold out

You have to look at what they are at another time of year, they might put a new regular tag and also a larger sign over the new tag in case the sign falls off.

They're probably just adding the different tags during black Friday week for higher visibility. The sale has been going for a while. The 18ft ladder is originally $199. The same ladder in 14ft is $169 and not on sale for black friday.

The deal will be when the price is cut in half from how much it costs to make in china then shipped back to the states for a markup of 1, 000 %

That latter isn’t always $89 here in Texas it goes up to $200 with taxes sometimes

I did black friday shopping once at wallmart they had the black friday sell prices higher then the original prices never messed with that bs again

In canada there are rules about what a "sale" is. Perhaps your gov has a similar authority that can fine the company after you submit a complaint?

Harbour Freight for the win they put there regular price the sale price and the price of a competitor product and the sales are real I spent almost $100 on some stuff I needed and saved about the same amount most stuff was 40 to 50% off
