Emily! Emily here, I'd use Pellon SF 101 (Shape Flex) it's a midweight woven fusible interfacing. This will keep your fabric from stretching. :)

Question! If you're working with jersey fabric (i.e. memory quilt) is it best to use some fusible interfacing?
