Better than RSI is MFI..Money Flow Index. MFI is based on volume AND price. It gives clearer divergence signals. It is roughly equivalent to the market delta consideration. Also..two candles before your hammer candle is the candle I use..the doji at the bottom or top. Fill that doji top wick long and you've got your trade upwards. The doji fill is the key for me.

I avoid getting stopped out by using buy stops or sell stops on reversals. If I am looking to buy. I look for a pattern forming like double bottom or or reverse head and shoulders. I put my buy stop above the wicks of red candles not green as the pattern is being formed or half completed while keep move the buy stop lower and lower as I see wicks form from new candles. Put my stop below the pattern. I also use 20 ma and if I see a pattern already completed you place your buy stop above the 20 ma if the price is currently hugging it below and with a wick pushing downwards.

Glad to see your channel doing well. The content of this video reminds me of the old adage, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink". I'm the horse. Thirsty as hell. Been led to a river many times. I take only sips water and leave, still thirsty. Only a matter of time before I die of dehydration.

Mark a trend line off first two swings of a trend and draw the corresponding trend channel line. When the trend line breaks, there will be an attempt, which is usually successful, to put in a new extreme. After that, look for a reversal pattern above an EMA on your chart. I use a 20 EMA. The reversal should be a strong push through the EMA ...enter on the 2nd failure to resume the previous trend. No indicators needed...just price action. If you don't get the reversal, you'll get a sideways correction with a likely resumption of the trend....these corrections can last a llllooonnnngggg time, so be patient.

Great content. I literally used the same strat on USDCAD later on December 7~8 to go long. Right after ur second trade on this video. Price was coming down on 4h, reached to OTZ, RSI oversold, (also touched 200 ema), then on 1h chart RSI was indicating divergence, and there were double bottom followed by huge bullish candle.
