NGL, unpopular opinion: Makoto x Junko could potentially work given the right setting, the reason Junko spreads so much despair is simply because she's always bored, and despair is the only thing she finds unpredictable
But you know what se can't predict? Luck.
If she were to be in a relationship with makoto, it would have alot of potential for some funny, and potentially even wholesome interaction with her trying to get through makoto's luck, but ultimately failing, as we all know Junko is capable of loving in her own twisted way, that's why she started the killing game in the first place, to see her classmates, who she had gotten attached to, die, because that would cause despair to herself
