Star Trek Online: 'Unraveled' Game News - New Episode and TFO and Patrols

Star Trek Online MMO is launching a new Season Update called "Unraveled" in the game on May 9th to the PC. In this video, I will show you all the latest news about the content update and go over what's new and what's coming. I'll give you a tour of the game news with commentary and my opinions of what is to come. We have a new playable mission/episode plus a new TFO and two new Patrols with a hard mode, plus more. I’m looking forward to the new content but I do agree with you that Patrols are under served in this game. I find patrols help with immersion even if it is, beam down scan 5 things and done. Exploration is always fun

I'm looking forward to this set - I've replaced my Sticky Web console with the Interlacer console, and likely will replace my current crafted Tet Omni with the omni in this set on my refracting Tet build. While tet's haven't been meta (for 11 years or so), it def seems that this energy type is getting a little love.

the reason the temporal corp does not always get invloved is somethings are fixed events they happened and cant be changed but those events are what lead to the major powers agreeing to form the temporal corp in the first place this also leads to the time war which we have only seen parts of in game and the shows and movies we see when they try to change something that is a set thing it changes the future we saw that with archer

looks like they are going to try bringing it full circle to why the Temporal accords were put forward and signed by all powers as we only know it happened not the full reasons behind it and having an event or events like this happening due to that sort of travel be it time or crossing to another universe would serve as a major reason to even put forward such an idea it would also be able to lead more fully into a whole time war arc if they wanted to in that we know the accords were signed and some groups did not sign it or just went against it and we see the affects of that in the shows and also in the game missions we can play related to time but seeing the entire war from the side of an enlisted officer within the newly formed temporal corp would give us something we have not seen before and open up so many new story arcs for them to add as we know so little about that war from canon they have a lot to work with in the larger background conflict of it
