What is Extrasensory Perception? (ESP Explained)

What is extrasensory perception? Extrasensory perception (or ESP) is the ability to gain information without the use of our physical senses. It’s an umbrella term that includes a wide range of abilities including telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance, mediumship and psychometry.ESP is often considered a supernatural ability but I would argue that it’s completely natural, because ESP is simply the way that we sense energy that’s outside of the spectrum of our physical senses. We are vibrational beings and we all of the ability to sense energy.

I have a few times, it's been pretty weird. Once a I had a dream about this random person, and I met them a few months later. Sometimes I'll be joking about "hey, it would be funny if this happened, " and then it'll actually happen.
I remember as a kid, I could just sense people. It sounds weird, but I could tell what people were feeling without seeing them. It hasn't happened in a while, but it was pretty crazy.

I had dreams or visions that have happened in my life after. But i have this feeling in my chest that sometimes I know there is something or someone in the dark that i can't see yet because of physical obstacles, like walls, doors, or other things, but still i am 💯 sure if i go over those obstacles, like open the door or reach a corner of a building i see what I felt a couple of seconds ago. It ranges from a human being to dogs, cats, and small insects, like a centipede or a spider, that sense never fails me. I just need to be closer to the thing. Also I had crazy supernatural experiences that i just can't deny, and unbelievable synchronicities.

your video and other videos related to the extrasensory perception topics's views and likes are evidence that the majority of the population of these are unaware of these abilities. A person needs to heighten awareness to experience and feel this. The current generation is going through loneliness and depression which restrict them from experiencing these perceptions.

One of my experiences is as follows. My family and a friend's family were on holiday and we went to the beach. My 12 year old twin daughters and their friend, with one of the other adults and her children went to the water to swim. My daughters and their friend had body boards and were wearing wet suits. Ten minutes later I went to join them but found the adult with her children and no sign of my daughters and their friend. There were people in the water several hundred feet out. The other adult said not to worry, the young ones were probably playing in the sand dunes, or had wandered off somewhere. Suddenly I knew with absolute certainty that my daughters were in danger, I could see them in my minds eye, they had been caught in a current, and carried out round the promontory. I could see them even though they were physically out of sight. The three other adults with me, including my spouse, didn't believe me so I told a couple of surfers who were coming out of the water and persuaded them to go back in and look for them. They did this. At this point the other adults took on board my crazyness and one went to call the coast guard. There was no physical sign of my daughters and their friend, as we later found out they had been pulled out to sea and round the promontory by a rip tide, but in my minds eye I could see what was happening to them, they were hanging onto their boards in the water, terrified. When the helicopter arrived and it went to the wrong side of the bay, I was hopping. What was happening to my daughters was playing out in my mind so I saw when one of my daughters and her friend got out of the water onto the rocks, I already knew that my other daughter was the one in grave danger and she told me later how scared she was as she drifted into the large bay. The two girls ten minutes later turned up on the beach climbing over from that side. The coast guard assessed them and the friend had hypothermia. The surfer finally found the other daughter and he tried to guide them to the rocks but as the sea was very rough at that point, a wave threw them onto the rocks. They climbed across to the bay we were in, my daughter limping because she had broken her foot. The helicopter took the girls to hospital. The surfer had wandered off immediately after telling us where he found her, floating scared in the large bay. I didn't get chance to thank him properly.

I don't know if this is ESP or not, but I will use or say a sentence and then a person on tv will either use the same word or say the same sentence seconds after I say it, or I will think of the word or sentence and the same thing will occur. It happens all the time😳

I had non verbal conversation with dental assistant while in the chair. I told her a few things about herself. Freaked her out I think. It was very awkard for . Told her she would probably need to go home after this experience and she did. Am I going crazy I either had a very powerful experience or I am looney
